By applying to become and being a member of jobsharepartners.com I agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and I agree that jobsharepartners.com's acceptance of my application shall create a legally binding contract between me and jobsharepartners.com.

1. Although jobsharepartners.com uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that introductions to members fall within the categories of persons specified by them on their application form, it will not accept responsibility if, through no fault of its own, any such person introduced to you does not fall within such category nor will it accept any responsibility for any occurrence as a consequence of any meeting with, or relationship formed with, any such person as a result of such introduction.

2. All information supplied to jobsharepartners.com by you will be treated in the strictest of confidence and is subject to the Data Protection Act as described in the Data Protection Notice, below. By becoming a member of jobsharepartners.com and agreeing to these terms and conditions you consent to the provisions of the Data Protection Notice.

3. All members warrant the accuracy of all information supplied by them to jobsharepartners.com and jobsharepartners.com accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any inaccuracies howsoever arising. You hereby warrant that you do not know of any medical, criminal or physical reason why you should not form a conventional job-sharing relationship unless such impediment has been declared to jobsharepartners.com in advance. The right to accept or refuse membership to anyone is at the sole discretion of jobsharepartners.com.

4. You confirm that you are over eighteen years old and that the contents of your profile are true and accurate in all respects and that you have never been convicted of a serious criminal offence. You understand that if any serious or deliberately misleading inaccuracies should come to light, jobsharepartners.com reserves the right to expel you.

5. You hereby agree that you will not use the jobsharepartners.com service to make or attempt to make any statement which is inappropriate, obscene, offensive or otherwise illegal. Members may not use profanity within the jobsharepartners.com service or use the jobsharepartners.com service to libel, slander or defame another person. jobsharepartners.com reserves the right to expel any member found committing such an act.

6. You hereby declare that you have not been convicted of a serious criminal offence, nor have you spent any time in prison.

7. You acknowledge that your profile may be accessed by members world-wide via the jobsharepartners.com website.

8. Unless clearly stated, a yearly charge will be made for membership to jobsharepartners.com.
(Currently membership to jobsharepartners.com is free.)

9. jobsharepartners.com  reserves the right to withdraw membership from any person at its sole discretion and in that event the unexpired portion of the membership fee paid will be refunded in full. Save as aforesaid no refunds will be made unless otherwise provided for by jobsharepartners.com in its brochures or other promotional literature.

10. No payment or refund will be given to you for any downtime in the jobsharepartners.com service or for your inability to access the service due to technical problems beyond jobsharepartners.com's control.

11. Under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulation Act (2000), you are entitled to a seven-day cooling off period that begins on the date on which you enter the agreement to use jobsharepartners.com services. During this time you have the right to cancel your contract without penalty. However, the cooling off period and the right to cancel does not apply if you begin to use the jobsharepartners.com service before the end of the cooling off period. Therefore, if you use our services immediately by accessing our database, you will not be able to cancel the contract.

12. The contract between jobsharepartners.com and any person is made when they provide their credit card details to jobsharepartners.com.

13. jobsharepartners.com is an introduction facility. Whilst its aim is to introduce you to a suitable job share partner it cannot guarantee such an outcome.

Data Protection Notice

Any personal information you register with jobsharepartners.com will be used for the purpose of matching you with other members. Your profile and your name, your age and the town or county in which you live will be visible to world-wide users of the website. All contacts to other members of jobsharepartners.com will be carried out by yourself. By completing the registration form you consent to our processing personal data including, but not limited to, your location, profession and salary expectations.

On registering with jobsharepartners.com online, we will supply you with a password. All jobsharepartners.com members must take careful note of their password and are responsible for keeping this password safe and solely for their own use. This password allows you to access and change the information jobsharepartners.com holds about you and to request that those details are not distributed. Should your membership expire, jobsharepartners.com shall maintain your data for a reasonable period for administrative purposes, after which time it will be deleted.
